Why Mental Fitness Coaching ?
Mental fitness means keeping your emotional health and brain in good shape. Just as physical fitness develops muscles that help you function better in your day-to-day life and enjoy active recreation, mental fitness helps in the same way.
Strong mental muscles can shift you from floundering to fantastic. When you are mentally fit, the way you interact with the world is different. You have more control of your mind and are able to pause and respond in the way you would like, in the moment, whether that situation is a forethought, an external stimulus, or a feeling. You are choosing how to be in that circumstance, rather thinking unconsciously or defaulting in to automatic negative thoughts that are unhelpful in the current situation.
